Turkish Customer Visits Huayihai Factory to Strengthen PCB Assembly Partnership

Huayihai recently welcomed a customer from Türkiye to our Shenzhen facility for an on-site factory visit, marking an important milestone in our first cooperation and laying the foundation for future collaboration in PCB and PCB assembly manufacturing.

The visit provided an opportunity for both teams to discuss manufacturing capabilities, production processes, quality management, and long-term cooperation plans through face-to-face communication.

Factory Tour Focused on Manufacturing Capability

During the visit, the customer toured our PCB assembly production area to gain a better understanding of Huayihai's manufacturing process.

Key areas introduced during the factory tour included:

• SMT production lines

• Automatic solder paste printing

• Reflow soldering process

• AOI inspection

• X-ray inspection

• DIP assembly area

• Quality inspection procedures

The customer also learned how our production team supports projects from prototype builds to mass production while maintaining consistent quality standards.

Beyond the production line, both teams discussed future cooperation opportunities, technical requirements, and supply expectations.

Meeting in person allowed us to better understand the customer's sourcing needs and demonstrate Huayihai's manufacturing capabilities through direct observation rather than documentation alone.
