Detailed Specifications & Features

Custom High-Frequency PCB (Rogers / PTFE / Nelco)

Huayihai fabricates custom high-frequency PCBs on low-loss laminates including Rogers, PTFE, Nelco, and hybrid constructions. Boards are built according to customer Gerber files for RF and microwave applications where dielectric properties and impedance accuracy directly affect performance.

High-frequency fabrication at Huayihai combines low-loss materials with controlled impedance at ±5% tolerance and 3/3 mil fine-line capability, supporting both pure RF designs and mixed constructions that combine Rogers or PTFE layers with FR-4.

Custom Manufacturing Only

We fabricate high-frequency PCBs according to customer Gerber files and technical specifications. We do not supply ready-made or standard stock boards.
