Holiday Notice: Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day 2026

Huayihai will observe the Mid-Autumn Festival and China's National Day holiday in late September and early October 2026. This notice summarizes the closure dates and what they mean for quotation requests, engineering review, and production scheduling.

2026 Holiday Schedule at a Glance

Production lines, the engineering team, and the sales office follow the same calendar. September 26 and 27 are adjusted working days, so both the factory and the office operate as usual on that weekend.

What the Holiday Means for Your Orders

Standard lead times at Huayihai are counted in working days: engineering file review takes 2–5 working days, and PCB production and PCBA assembly each take 3–5 working days for prototypes, samples, and small batches.

Because the holiday is not counted as working time, projects submitted during the break begin their production countdown after operations resume on October 8. Files and purchase orders received during the closure will enter the engineering review queue on October 8, in the order they arrive.

Planning Ahead: Practical Notes for Buyers

If you need boards or assemblies shortly after the holiday, a few steps help keep the schedule predictable:

• Send Gerber files, BOM, and technical specifications before the break so the engineering review can start immediately on October 8

• Confirm outstanding quotations, surface finish, and special process requirements (via plugging, gold fingers, impedance control) in advance

• Plan component supply or consignment deliveries to arrive after October 8, so materials are not held over an unattended period

• Note that logistics partners in China typically operate on reduced schedules during the National Day period, so shipment dates are best confirmed before the closure

For projects with special materials or complex builds, the engineering team will confirm the schedule during file review.

Production Capability Continues After the Break

The holiday does not change manufacturing scope. Production resumes with the same capabilities: 2 to 64 layer PCB fabrication, HDI stack-ups up to 2+n+2, copper weights up to 6 oz, boards up to 610 × 1100 mm, SMT placement down to 01005 with nitrogen reflow, and inspection that includes 3D SPI, AOI, 3D-AOI, and X-ray.

Boards and assemblies are manufactured under IPC-A-600 and IPC-A-610 workmanship standards, with quality management based on ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, RoHS, UL, and REACH.
